Oteis Advisory

Oteis Advisory brings its expertise in property management and consulting to large private accounts, as well as government, local authorities and other public customers. Our teams have multidisciplinary skills in all areas of Audit Services - Maintenance - Energy - Data Management - Works.

Your Responsibilities

Through a major contract for SIBELGA, Oteis Advisory aims to expand in Belgium. As part of this, your main responsibilities will be to:

 

Business development and customer relations:

  • Develop Oteis Advisory in Belgium
  • Ensure customer relations
  • Respond to calls for tender and prospect for new business
  • Propose innovative solutions to existing customers

Project management:

  • Manage technical, operational and financial aspects of projects in line with performance indicators
  • Act as the interface between the various parties involved: contracting authority, service providers, etc.
  • Provide assistance to contracting authorities in maintenance engineering (e.g. technical audits of installations, energy audits, etc.)
  • Monitor FM, multiservice and single-service contracts

Business management:

  • Participate in production milestones
  • Monitor your project portfolio using the management tool and report on your activity

Management:

  • Participate in employee recruitment
  • Organize team activities
  • Lead, motivate and stimulate team dynamics

About You

  • Engineering graduate or equivalent. Min 5-year experience in building operating and maintenance and expertise in building special techniques
  • Knowledge of the management and maintenance requisites of a building’s operating cycle 
  • Technical auditing experience
  • Technical skills in the building industry are appreciated (e.g. HVAC, electricity)
  • Entrepreneurial and dynamic personality and client focus
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in French ; knowledge of Dutch will be an asset
  • Based in Brussels, you need to be flexible to travel to other locations in Belgium
